Fantastic events you can participate in during the holiday season.
Today I’m here to share and highlight some of the community events that you can enjoy by yourself or with your family! My favorite event of the year will always be Christmas Traditions on historic Main Street in St. Charles. It starts the weekend before Thanksgiving and goes through the end of the year. All of the historic characters, Santas from 19 different countries, chestnuts roasting on an open fire, carolers, and the Drum and Fife Corps will create a wonderful time for you and your family. Also, don’t forget to visit Grandma’s Cookies. There’s nothing there that you won’t enjoy.
Also, people love to go look at the amazing light displays of the cities of Wentzville and O’Fallon. There are drive-thru light displays and a horse-drawn carriage. You can bring hot chocolate and cuddle up in a blanket. It’s about 25 minutes away by horse or 15 minutes by car.
“There are so many wonderful events in our area for you and your family to enjoy.”
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, which is going to be in the Saint Louis area on December 10. Their music is fabulous and is played by a very talented group of people.
Additionally, the candlelighting ceremony is very romantic and makes for a nice date. Plus, you could stop by one of the wineries that stay open later that evening or stop in Augusta which has a great brewery.
I hope you enjoy these activities, and I wish you all a very happy holiday. I hope your Christmas is very merry and your Hanukkah is full of light and love. Thank you for all of your support this year! If you ever need anything, call or email me anytime, I’d love to hear from you.
